At Total Entrance Solutions Pty Ltd we understand the importance of accurate documentation.

Our electronic work sheets have all the necessary information on them to give you an accurate description of the problem our technicians found upon arrival, a description of all work carried out, a list of parts used and a report of the importance of any extra work which may be required.

A JSA/5 Steps to Safety form will also be filled out and attached to paperwork left on site and included with your invoice. We understand we have a responsibility to supply you our client with documentation that not only explains the condition of your door and work carried out but that it was done in a safe manor according to all Occupational Health & Safety Acts and Codes of Practice.

We also understand the frustration clients have when they receive an invoice and the only amount listed is a total figure.
